2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, work email, phone or messaging contact, language, enquiry details, project correspondence and information you choose to provide. Our systems may also receive IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, referral pages, security logs and essential session identifiers. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have agreed a secure and necessary way to receive it.

3. Why and on what basis we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, arrange a Systems Fit Call, prepare and deliver contracted work, maintain conversations, secure and improve the website, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies and website analytics

The website assistant uses an essential session identifier retained for up to 30 days and may send enquiry details to our systems and CRM for follow-up. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics. Usage events pass through our own tagging server before Google Analytics. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form/chat contents to Analytics. Google Ads measurement is separately optional: after choosing Allow both, cookies and ad-click identifiers help attribute successful enquiries to ads. Conversion events go directly to Google Ads with a random request ID for deduplication, without form contents or contact details. Ad personalisation and enhanced conversions remain off. Choose Analytics only or Reject optional, or withdraw consent through Privacy settings. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics is optional and the website works without it.

5. Service providers and no sale of data

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to providers that support hosting, content delivery, forms and chat, CRM, email, security, analytics or advertising, and to professional advisers or authorities when legally required. Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. International processing

Studio Base Design operates from Georgia and may use providers or client systems in Australia, the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries. Where applicable, we assess cross-border disclosure and use contractual, organisational or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, active conversations and projects, security, legal records, disputes and enforcement. We use proportionate access controls, restricted credentials, backups, updates and monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Rights depend on where you live and whether the relevant law applies. Contact us to exercise them; we may need to verify identity before responding.

• Australia: request access or correction and complain to us; unresolved eligible complaints may be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
• EEA/UK: request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority
• United States: residents of applicable states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising; we do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights

The site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

10. Changes and contact
